Job Description:	Appropriate discipline and counseling of participants; and in the absence of the Director, will perform the duties of the Director as indicated above; and report suspected abuse and/or neglect to the Director or the designated reporter.
Special Skills Required	Must have completed one year of college; have experience working with children or an equivalent of a least 3 years. (CPE a plus.)
